Pia maiti ananufaika kwa yafuatayo kama alivyotuashiria Mtume (Salla Allaahu ‘alayhi wa aalihi wa sallam): “Hakika kwa yanayomfuata Muumini kwa matendo na mambo mema baada ya mauti yake: Elimu aliyofundisha na kuieneza, mtoto mwema aliyemuacha, msahafu aliourithisha au Msikiti aliojenga, au nyumba kwa wapita njia aliyojenga, au sadaka aliyoitoa kutoka katika mali yake katika hali yake ya afya na uhai wake. Zote hizo zinamfuata baada ya umauti wake” (Ibn Maajah na Ibn Khuzaymah,)
